FOB means Free on Board, which the seller will take care of shipment for you on his end.
Most of the time the seller will request 30% deposit and once the shipment is ready to leave they will fed ex your documents for customs and you will be required to pay the remaining balance.
Make sure to deal with the gold companies for peace of mind. Also don't forget to factor in custom duties, broker fees, storage fees and transportation from the port to your warehouse... It all adds up to your bottom line.
