Working phones anywhere sucks... you always get the people who feel like you, personally, are somehow responsible for an error made 5000 miles away or not on your shift.
Best thing to do if you've been screwed, is keep civil and ask them what can be done to fix the problem, not ream out some poor girl who gets $10/hour about something she may not be able to change (especially if it's something that already happened, she probably does not possess the power of time travel no matter how much you yell).
