I think you're thinking of cloning, there will be problems with inbreeding but that's after many generations. Basically humans rely on sexual reproduction to create a new (and more disease resistant) bloodline when we reproduce. Viruses are also constantly mutating, we have to keep up. If you breed with your siblings, your offspring will become increasingly prone to sickness with each generation.

First few generations you probably wouldn't notice...
