Should I stay up or go to sleep?
I didn't sleep all night.
Should i try to stay up now or go to sleep? If I go to sleep it will fuck up my schedule and I don't want that at all and end up sleeping all day and awake all night, but every time I try to stay up I get so tired and I never make it, I always fall asleep. What should I do? Should I just grit my teeth and bare it, go to Starbucks and get coffee???
I already know of the trick of going to sleep one hour earlier/later each day etc but I have no patience for that. What are tricks I can use to keep myself awake? Or should I just fuck it and go to sleep?
