The supposedly secure encrypted email service hushmail.com has admitted that "the company can and will eavesdrop on its users when presented with a court order, even if the targets uses the company's vaunted Java applet that does all the encryption and decryption in a browser."
The land of the free, huh

Worse thing about it is the Canadian government makes it so the Canadian company is forced to give up their info to the U.S. government.
