First off... hip hop, rap or whatever you want to call it is not music: its noise.
Second of all... white people don't like them because they are lazy and don't want to work and the white people are tired of paying for them to have a free ride.
Finally... America's youth has been a lose cause for some time. Blame the parents. They and they alone are responsible for it. Its not the schools, the police, the courts, its the parents. The parents get the kid first. The courts, the police, the schools only get involved if they have to.
