I have bought stuff from this guy. I know what he does, knew it before I first talked to him. It was obvious.
Boobs starts blogs and gets them going, makes a few posts with FHGs and his ref links, then he sells the "established" blog once it starts getting a little bit of traffic and has some trades in place to a newbie just getting into the business who wants a heard start or someone who dosent wanna fuck with making a theme work from scratch.
He does tell you that the links need to stay due to prior arrangement. Someone who sells a company is NOT liable for what is done with it after the sale. Just like in real estate. You own a company, sign a 10 year lease on office space and then two years later decide to cash out and do something else. The new owners are responsible for paying the rent and the old owner is no longer response for it.
The guy knows how to make money. Good for him. Nothing scammy about it. Maybe the rest of you should learn from him because I know damn good and well he is making decent money selling these blogs.
