It's funny/sad that people get conned into supporting things like this and guantanamo.
There is ZERO reason to bypass the law and issue warrantless searches.
If they have credible evidence something illegal is taking place all they have to do is call a judge and he will issue a warrant over the phone on the spot. This has worked for years and years..
Ever had a cop ask to search your car ? ever said no ? they will get a warrant and search your car. Have you ever ever heard of someone that gets pulled over that doesnt consent to a search that is allowed to just leave ? won't happen. The only reason it would happen is if the judge giving out the warrant doesnt think the cop has probable cause.. thus they shouldnt be searching..
