Yep, that's it ! It's legal, even if you call them "lebian twin sisters" as long as there is no direct sexual interaction between them.
No matter if Milton Twins, Spice Twins, Texas Twins or Simpson Twins, you'll always see them in action together but
not with each other. Touching may be borderline, but you won't see more.
The so called "Fantasy Sisters" are an example what happens if this thin line is crossed: Host and billing get pulled, not sure what exactly happened to them and if they are still around, but they got heaps of problems.
