I wouldn't go so far as to say it's the only one I would ever use, but that is also the trackball I (currently) own.
In 13+ years on IBM compatible PCs, I have never owned a mouse for my own system. I have always used trackballs. They are supreior in every way. They roll smoother, they don't run off the end of the mouse pad, they allow more precise control, they are more ergonomic. Also, they come in so man y shapes and sizes with different size rolling parts, different buton configurations, etc, you can always find one that fits your hand juuust right. In short, they rock

It's really hard to convince mouse users, though. Trackballs take getting used to and most people don't want to put in the effort, but of all the friends I have convinced to try trackballs, none have ever gone back to using a mouse.
