LOL, England have been playing shit for a few years and yet any club in the world would still beg for any of those players I mentioned. Ashley Cole turned down Real Madrid, Lampard turned down Barca, Bayern Munich didn't want to let Hargreaves go to Man Utd and Terry, Rooney and Owen are world class whether you like it or not.
The players are obviously good the problem's with the manager and the FA
