50%. My dad is full-blood. I grew up on and around the Rosebud Sioux reservation. My entire family are registered members, not the sorta wanna-be's you encounter so often because it is considered "glamourous". Not much glamour on Rosebud. Along with its sister-reservation, Pine Ridge, these are some of the most poverty-stricken places in the world, very much like third world countries in many ways.
My great-grandmother actually lived in a tipi as a child and spoke very little English. My own knowledge of the language has faded over the years. As a kid I was fluent. Not it's mostly gone.
