Look ... he's obviously your favorite designer... and ... well... that's awesome  I'm pretty damn happy for you because to find a designer you trust and like work wise, is excellent. And essential in this biz. So don't get me wrong. I'm genuinely and seriously glad.
But everyone has a style. Personally his style, in the samples on his current site... well, they're technically sound. And that's good. But they don't do much for me. It's personal taste... not a judgement on his skill.
Don't take what I say and respond with an insult every time dude ... you need to chill out .... every designer takes the good with the bad. What I said was far from bad!

Never said he was my favorite designer. Fact is *I* am my favorite designer. But I have knowledge enough to know that Amp is very good at what he does. I can admit that, knowing what I know and having seen what I've seen.
YOU are the one that needs to "chill out"... put your fucking ego away for a moment and quit coming from the position that long-established designers (something that you are not) have something to prove to you before they will be taken seriously. In one of your other posts above you say YOU need to see more of his work before YOU will "judge"... give me a break.
Why can you not just shut up and learn? That's the part I don't get. You sounded reasonable there for a minute, now it's back to barking back at me. Put the attitude and the ego aside man, it's in your best interest. Really.
And if you're going to challenge someone on this board you best be prepared to be challenged yourself. I advise you to thicken up that skin.
