I understand RSS/XML is not a domain...

1.) I know how to write xml/xslt websites... RSS & Atom...

2.) When Google indexed my xml/xslt website in the past only the index file was picked up and such got me thinking if I had to associate a URL with each feed just for the purpose of submitting such to the search engines for indexing and that lead me into asking if it was required to have a DNS record so that Google would see each and every feed (plus index) since Google seems to treat normal webpages in such a manor... (sub domains require a DNS entry each)...

3.) Unlike many here at GFY I have experience with XML, but that does not mean that I understand every aspect regarding how the search engines pick up on such feeds.

So to recap...

Question: a.) If I or anyone else had a website with a directory with lets say 20 rss/xml feeds within, will the search engine "Google" index each one providing you manually submit them?

Question: b.) Now for Google to index a website normally there is a index page that is required and for its directories to get picked up normally such gets pointed to a subdomain(s); if Google requires a unique URL just to index a subdomain is it reasonable to ask if Google requires a URL for every indexable file, such as rss and or atom feeds ???

Question: c.) How many of you webmasters actually write and promote RSS, Atom or plain XML to begin with ???

I had think my questions are fair, those retards like "u-Bob" should get a broken nose just for being a complete retard troll, but that will never happen ;)

Later,

.
