Hmm this all kinda reminded me to go gleam all the updates I can for the XP unit I'm on right now. OH, MS has a few updates for VISTA already that seemed to help as well. In the meantime I'm using both at once.

OH I DID have a problem with the vista unit seeing that the XP unit had the same software installed whenever the wireless was on (XP) and would auto quit the app saying a dupe was being used and I was to buy another license if I wanted to run the app on the new vista unit. It wasn't until I tested switching off the wireless on the XP did the warnings and faults disappear on the vista. This speaks loudy of WTF is my Vista unit looking for that I don't know about, and how did it do that?
