My website is devoted to sick shit like this so I've seen a lot of it.

I declare it fake.

Interestingly, the thing that looks the most fake to me is the girl's nipple. It looks like a breast from a silicone love doll. Doesn't look real to me.

Also, where the eye is ripped out there isn't an empty socket; I think you can see her real eye behind some makeup.
