turnaround: moderate to quick. if you say 2 weeks, then please make it be two weeks and not have me come looking for you. this literally should not take a week by design standards.
design specs
quality: of course we all want quality, but i am not looking for dickmans design level of quality. it should still look creative and professional. i will want to see other things you've done.
client resp: i will deliver all collateral to you up front so you are not waiting on me for anything. the ball is entirely in your court once i hand you the scope, specs, and content.

if i don't pick you don't get all butt hurt, there are always other things coming up and if you want to get potential biz in the future, flaming me normally won't help that.
