I can't say that, they do answer, and they are friendly on the phone, at least with me they are.
I have noticed delays in CC checks too, in the past couple of weeks. I was never paying any attention to it, but this time, for some reason, I did. While we were investigating the problem online, we found out that a check from 5 weeks ago hadn't arrived. We had them issue a new check (20 $ fee).
The missing check is not necessarily CC Bill's fault, it could very well be our great USPS, who loses shit left and right. WE did find out about another problem, though.
The problem with missing checks is, as we found out over the phone, that CC Bill won't contact you if a check is not cashed, and you don't report it missing. I always thought they'd do something after 180 days, like send and e-mail to make you aware of unclaimed proceeds, but they don't. This means we have to check at least once every couple of months to see if all the checks arrived, or they might disappear permanently in accounting nirvana.
