I ran into a plateau for about two months...what changed it was revamping my diet and making sure I was getting a min. of 1200 calories a day, I was not eating enough. I have lost now another 6 pounds in about 11 days.
Write down what you eat and count the calories to see if you're eating too much or not enough.
