The guy that picked us up at the Hilton was 20 minutes late, but since driver 1 over estimated how long it would take to get back to the airport, and ATA was an hour and a half late on departure, it really wasn't an issue.
I will recommend them, and use them anytime I go to NYC.

I used them but took a towncar on my way back from JFK, gotta say JFK is pretty messy too thought it was a lot bigger too, but glad it worked out
