Technically it is 3 months, any accountant will tell you that. You can't book the revenue until the service has been provided which happens during the end of each month of the block sold. Sports teams that sell season tickets don't book a lump sum when they sell a ticket package but rather book a fraction of the total after the end of each game in that package.
