True Story: I cant remember which state it was in and im too lazy to google it, A young girl runs out into the middle of the road, someone slammed on the breaks and went sideways trying to avoid her caused an accident, bystander grabbed the girls arm and gave her a verbal beating. He was charged with lavicious acts with a minor, had to register as a Sex Offender, he appealed, the judge denied his appeal based on the fact 'The state doesnt know what your intentions were when you grabbed her arm'.
True as fuck people.
