The leader of Venezuela is evil - this is a matter of fact and proven - it's a slam dunk. The same applies to Ahmadinejad in Iran, the French and not forgetting that one-time good friend Saddam Hussein. (But Musharraf is our friend, despite being a military dictator and having WMD)
It's the 'learned hatred' of the masses cultivated by a corrupt government to justify their deviant agenda.
