The fucking justice system is fucked up when shit like this happens. Christ, I had my bra strap snapped, I have had boy humping my leg, grab a tit, grab ass....never once did I consider it sexual assault.. WTF are they filling peoples heads with now a days. You punched the boy in the face or kicked his nuts in.
I cant imagine what that childs parents must feel... I bet they want to rage and kill.
