I now have a sex offender living 4 houses away from me. He was just recently released. They are currently living closer than 1400 to a commonly used bus stop, which technically is illegal in CA and they may be required to move and sell their house. Really would suck in the current market, assuming it even sells, assuming that buying such a house would not have stigmata attached to it. We were all notified when he was let out and moved back in. He has a probation officer. He also is 10-11 years old and snapped the bra strap on a girl at school last summer.

Are you serious? They registered a 10-11 year old as a sex offender because he snapped a girls brastrap?..WTF
