Yeah the same lawyers who wrote Lars' public statement that he posted on GFY where they publicly admitted that 1. they were using zango and it wasn't a rouge affiliate, and 2. they were aware that "adware collisions" were happening. So his attorney wrote a public statement basically announcing their guilt. They were doing it and they knew it was taking sales away from their own affiliates.
I wouldn't put too much trust in them winning this case with jackasses like that running their legal department.
Some of the best proof that Trey has is what AFF's attorney's gave him. Unbelievable. I guess they were too stupid to realize it would have been better to not say anything.
