Clearly there is a big difference between career records vs. game records. It's arguable which is more difficult to beat - within a game you have limits (time, etc.) whereas with a career you have to be great over a long period.

But in the truest sense of the question - the hardest to break, then the 110 yard touchdown would be an example, it can't be broken, only tied.
