Xtube claims that they are very serious about preventing stolen content apearing on their site but it's actually full of such videos.

Some content owners are bored of them and they will start demanding money for each time one of their videos is watched by someone illegally there. You can join them to make somemoney out of xtube and show them that they can't get away with this kind of business model.
