He obviously forgot there are colleges/universities and a healthcare system on par with the US. The only "timmy's" I ever met were marine biologists, project planners and architects - plus a few in other fields of expertise who have international cred with longer CV's than any GFY member
Meantime, the local US embassy keeps trying to give away US citizenships for some strange reason - it's obviously more humanitarian "aid" to save "Timmy"
