Is your customer service doing a disservice to your clients?
And do you even care if it is?
So many companies in the b2b space in adult offer the worst customer service I've ever seen, and they don't even seem to care. They figure they're just so awesome it doesn't matter how badly you piss on your clients.
It's frustrating, but thankfully there are alternative options that actually care to support customers.
