After Shock - exactly - there are many affiliate programs in ccbill that dont pay rebills - if a WM doesnt check that type of thing BEFORE they start doing business - they arent much of a business person in my opinion.
That stated - I do use one program that doesnt pay for rebills - but then there are some other benefits
