Now you're just being ridicoules. I'll gladly buy any site that is over two years old and makes $1,500/month through 100% organic traffic for $5K. Hell I'd pay $10K without asking too many questions.
It's true that if a buyer has no intentions to develop/promote the site and only intends to milk it until it dies - $25K might be overpaying it (it's really hard to evaluate the risk).
However, the bottom line is that a site that shows up on the first page of Google for the terms "Free Games" and "Free Online Games" and receives 7,000 new visitors dailly just from those terms is a commodity with very limited supply.
