no, at this pricing the servers are not managed. these are expensive machines, with good high end specs, are very low prices. We can't give the farm away, we are here to stay so proper margins need to be maintained to ensure
long term quality.
You can add reactive management for $29/month... however you can also add a control panel which normally negates the need for management as you can do everything on your own.
