I know you want to keep it on the boards likely to get a good price and I can't blame you for that.
If you don't find anyone to do this, hit me up on ICQ (295858) or better yet get your prices here then hit me up to see what I can offer. I can very likely give you a very good deal, but I don't like to discuss prices on a forum.
I can give you a delivery time of roughly 30 days depending on a few factors, but thats just simple details that would need to be worked out.
Only real questions I have, that you might want to clear up.

Templates, do you expect diffrent templates on each blog or would something like 20 templates across 10 blogs each work?

Will the domains be set up on a server ready to go or are you wanting the blog builder to set up domains on your server and or add sub domains to existing domains.

RSS feeds.. Will you be supplying the feeds you want to be used or are you expecting the blog builder to find feeds for each blog?
btw I'd only be interested in this job, if you are willing to use
Blogs Organizer. I wouldn't touch it if this is a Word Press job as that would be way to time consuming for both set up and for you keeping the scripts updated with patches.
