SO Comcast is getting sued for screwing with P2P

I have to ask the obvious question: the guy(s) making this lawsuit, did they consider that the RIAA and MPAA are very likely to target them specifically because they are obvious and public users of P2P?

Would an admission of using a P2P network be enough to merit a visit form the feds, a warrant, or perhaps a lawsuit? I understand that there is some legal P2P, but it is a pretty small part of the overall whole out there.

Just a thought.
