I don't see anything in the article about certain applications.
It would be hard to filter only some of the p2p software,
also I download my movies with the same application I download linux
so that would obviously affect legit traffic as well, which is a no no.
When an ISP starts to regulate traffic they're getting themselves into some hot
waters because you either regulate everything or not at all.
