Step 1, he cannot "own" GFY for posts made by members.
Step 2, the threads discuss a post made by an intial member. There is only one source for this information, and therefore only one person to "own"
Step 3, Mr Weiner would have to prove in a court of law that this is not true, that he is not a poor tipper, and that the information was not only spread, but that the intent was malicious.
I wish Mr Weiner luck, and I am sure that co-council Mr Bun will be there to help him catch up.
