I agree with Mutt but let's be real here. You have to be either 1) Very young and immature to dog a high profile LAWYER on a message board or 2) Not very bright.
I hope this doesn't impact his job or even worse cause legal problems for himself or the restaurant but the first pathetic move was to name names in a situation where a person's intentions can't be proven. It is very possible the weiner meant to add the amount onto the automatic 20%.
