Also, no we aren't a reseller of rackspace, I am not sure how that every got relayed to you , and I am sorry for that confusion. But yes our support on our DedicatedNOW brand is semi-managed compared to our FortressITX brand which is truly 100% managed beyond what most people on this board consider fully managed (I believe).
