This is where we all hang. A lot of us know each other pretty well. Shit happens in the world. We talk about it amongst ourselves here, where we hang. You can only talk about porn and business related topics so much, and at some point there will always be some item in the news or some event in the world that will spark conversation.
I guess you weren't here a few years back, on that one morning where some planes hit some buildings? No, there wasn't much political debate going on here then. Not much at all. I think that thread titled "WTF? A plane just crashed into the twin towers" (or something to that effect) only got like 600 replies. Probably only 2 or 300 follow-up threads on whose fault it was and how the US deserved it etc, so yeah, I see where GFY has gotten too political LATELY.
