Updating your RSS is very important. Do not place the same content and just replace posting title.... i see many companies who do this.
Also mind double postings, they slip in very easy. I see many companies who update their feed with old postings i allready fetched.

I second this. Lots of sponsors are offering feeds that update irregularly and are generally useless. Some of these are even counterproductive if you ran a blog off of them.
