I am looking to form a potentially long term agreement with someone to do the digging, grunt work and general humping of link-building for an adult site I have.

I'm not asking for someone to submit the site to hundreds of useless (and sometimes detrimental) directories, grab hordes of site wide links with the same anchor text, spam forums with signatures, or submit Thousands of useless press releases.

I know what has to be done, I just don't have the time. I need someone with a lot of experience and I am willing to pay well for it.
