You know, one of the things I like about the upper class is how for as smart as they are, they still lack the understanding of very basic economic principles. They say "Aww, fuck the poor and fuck the middle class, these people exist to make me richer!" but what the upper class seems to forget so very often is that yes, while they do indeed own this huge empire of companies that makes several bazillion dollars a year in profits and yes they do sit far higher than the peons, its not the upper class that makes their profit for them. It is the poor and middle classes that faithfully every week contribute a few dollars here, a few dollars there, each and every time by buying their company's shit. So guess what happens when the poor people have no money to buy the rich people's shit? The rich people cease to be rich. It happened in the 1930s, it can and will happen again.
