So you're the boss of a company with only a handful of fulltime employees, and yet you weren't involved in hiring decisions.
I don't know what you were doing prior to 2004, so I'm not sure how you could have raised the money to buy the company from Ian, if that indeed happened.
I had heard that Ian brought you in as a frontman since the government forced him to get out of the biz due to some shady practices, and so I figured when you fell out of grace with Ian, Jim was brought in, and then you manuevered your way back with a plan to cut costs (fire people) and to sell off the company.
