Makes it easier for the average Joe to buy and install, not too crazy about the perl backend as well. You could probably do some simple rewriterules to make those URLs a bit more friendly also. Along with a little more more error checking and perhaps a cache system if it doesn't already have one.
Just trying to give you some tips. Hooking up with a designer and spending $1k to make a good default template and good interface would definitely make it look more reliable.
