Personally I like flow bindings. Worth checking out if you can to see if they suit you as some people hate them. I don't get on too well with ratchets and step-ins are a pain in the ass in snow. Flow is a good comprimise.
I'm not that new, I feel very comfortable riding, doing ramps and park rails so, I dont want a board that to soft...
