apparently it's somewhat of a mimic of a similar program in linux/bsd, but I've never dealt with a linux system before so I wouldn't know.
I was surprised to find out that each desktop can have a different wallpaper, the zooms are customizable, the background (empty space outside the cube) is customizable, and... AND... it supports full-screen programs such as counterstrike.
ctrl + shift + left I can jump into gaming and back to work just as easily. little brother sneaks up behind me while I'm working? BAM!
