I have checked over your stats and I have noticed that the stats you have posted are not for a one week pay period. I looked back and here is what I found for the overall month of January.
As you can see you made 4 sales with 6 joins so the people that actually were interested in joining the site DID join the site. Also your traffic has been dropping off since around the 14th of January, when you made your last sale.
