With the court case on 10/23 in regards to the 2257 law how will this affect things such as public flashing and other types of voyeuristic activities that really don't have documentation available or copyright for that matter. I've always wondered how this spring break type sites and celebrity sites get away with that anyway. Do they just take the risk or are they somehow using offshore things to protect themselves ?
