I think you must mean someone is selling AFF on one of those sites as opposed to AFF is advertising on the site.

When AFF buys advertising directly from a site, you have to sign this huge legal release saying you won't promote them with any of these items, as well as have your site checked by compliance.

Careful with the wording.
